| my friends and i were there last weekend, and o how i wish i was back there now, so warm and friendly, you even made my dad happy, and that's no easy task. Be back in October hopefully. (and by the way all brochures have been taken from shop, good luck) |

| I have just spent this last weekend at The Blackpool Hotel with 5 other friends. We were Treated like Family & made to feel right at home. The rooms were clean & comfy, the Food was lovely & the hospitality was excelent, i will certainly go back again. Thanks Lads see you soon xx |

| Hey Boys, We just watched your exploits on tv down here, just figured I'd mention what we do down our way, wikipedia says our dishes are similar to yours, so prob an easy fix to offer your customers another option. We have a Chicken/Beef Schnitzel Parmigiana (Parmi), you take your standard Schnitter and instead of your cheese sauce, top with thinly sliced (shaved ham), top with a tomato (Napoli) sauce, cover with cheese and grill. Bloody awesome and probably the most popular pub meal we have. Anyway, best of luck with it all n best wishes from OZ. |

| Hi guys, Caught the programme on Sky last night things are looking good over there. I am in Blackpool this week but stopping at another establishment did not know aabout yours at time if booking. When is the Restuarant open and whst is the price of a Parmesan meal.You mention karaoke in your speal when does this take place and is it open to non residents. |
| Our Reply : Hi Mick thanks for contacting The Blackpool, the restaurant is open Fri and Sat evenings from 6.00 it is easier to book the restaurant depending on how many people want to attend. Parmesans range in price depending on size a regular parmesan is £9.95 with chips N salad or Jacket N veg we also have a Special running where you get a 10% discount if you book for 4 or more people. We also do a fabulous Sunday dinner for £5.75 which is very very popular with guests, holiday makers and the locals (please book for this) The Karaoke bar is open on a weekend depending how many attend as this is a large bar and to big for only a couple of people but yes the bar is open to the public if they have had a meal at the hotel only. Why not call in and see us i'm sure you will see a big differance in the hotel as the filming for the program was last year and many things have been done since then. Regards, Rod & Shaun |

| Hi Rod and Shaun, Just watched the Channel 4 program on our return home and can see the hard work you are all putting into The Blackpool. We found the location a perfect base for all of the attractions Blackpool has to offer[it has been 13 years since we were last there!]The family room was clean and had everything we needed as we spent most of our time out and about. Thankyou for your hospitality and we wish you all the best of luck for the future. |

| Bit disapoointed really just rang up for 2 nights and the lady said all double rooms which are avaliable arent upgraded like the others but she still wanted to charge me the same price i didnt feel this was fair, as other customers would be experiencing more up to date room for the same price?! I found your hotel through C4 and was really looking forward, fairly disappointed now :( |
| Our Reply : Dear Andy, Sorry to here you were disappointed with your booking we would have loved to have you come stay with us. Just to let you know that all rooms are not updated yet and will take us at least the next 24 months to complete however they are all very clean and tidy rooms just not quite as fresh as the New ones but you also pay less for standard rooms and more for the refurbished. Again sorry you did not come to stay I'm sure you would have enjoyed yours stay in Blackpool and you probably would not spend much time in your room as there is so much to do here especially with the lights and shows.
