| watched the prgram on ch 4 last night and have to say she was very unfair. We stopped here Sept this year and had a great time, the room was clean and comfy, all I wanted really, and breakfast was good. Saw the work you are doing and think you are doing a fantastic job. Have already recommended you to friends and family and will be back for another visit! Don't knock it till you've tried it!!!! |

| Watched the show on channel 4 last night and I do not think it done this hotel any justice.We seen a great improvement from last year.Very friendly and homely. I would highly recommend it friends and family.Keep up the good work!! Rod,Shaun&Jeanette x x |

| After watching the programme last night I thought I would check out your hotel on line with a view to booking a short break and some beauty treatments. However, looking through your photo gallery it appears you only do stag and hens? |
| Our Reply : Dear Ally, Sorry the pictures portrayed that as we do not do stag or hen parties. The group of guys were a special Young Farmers weekend that happens once a year in Blackpool and the ladies come to Blackpool every year as friends to enjoy themselves, they are all mature groups and enjoy themselves while here and cause not bother or problems. We market the hotel to families and couples but small older groups are welcome. regards, Rod & Shaun |

| Do you think Ruth was right that you should get the rooms in order and the dinning room first?Are you pleased you did the show? How many staff do you have? Otherwise you two must be very exhausted running the place and doing all the house keeping. |
| Our Reply : Dear Robert, Thank you for your message. Yes we think Ruth was right the intentions on doing the rooms and the restaurant have always been the priority of the Hotel, the spa was a added bonus all along and the TV channel pushed for the three areas to be completed for filming purposes since the filming finished back in June more rooms have been done and the restaurant is open and as been for a few months mainly over the weekend as that is our busiest times. | Having watched your hotel/spa on television I decided to look you up on the internet and book a spa treatment. Unfortunatly I think you are overpriced. I usually go to established salons in Poulton or Thornton with parking. These salons are similar priced if not cheaper than yours. I would abvise you to reduce your prices in the middle of Blackpool |
| Our Reply : Dear Mrs Fish, We do offer cheaper treatments at the hotel the ones on the web are corrective treatments and for the same facial (Oxyjet) you would pay £120.00 anywhere else. The treatments are the best on the market and if you are in Blackpool I would love you to come see I will even offer you a free sample of what we do. regards, Rod |

| Just watched the programme on channel 4. Well done, looks like your doing a great job. As for the spa, great idea and just the sort of thing that Blackpool needs, without having to stay at the Hilton or De vere and pay there prices. Good luck xx |
