| The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.The room was neat and tidy and felt cosy.The breakfast and evening meals were perfect all freshly cooked to perfection.I liked the location of the hotel because it was beside the shops and one had not to carry large bags of shopping far as I had done in previous years. |

| This Hotel has been revamped from a run of the mill lodgings into a bright clean and very comfortable Hotel when completed.The warmth of the welcome was if we had been regulars and made a fantastic impact after 23years in coming to the lights.The room was neat and tidy with all requirements etc. with a very comfortable bed.The food was "SUPREME" the best I have ever tasted in 23 years of Blackpool accommodation .Ron & Shaun work perfectly as a team each one specializing in their strongest roles.There is no doubt that this hotel has a great future.taking its location beside all the sops and 3 mins walk from the promenade.I am looking forward to my return. |

| We were made to feel very welcome, all staff were very friendly and would do anything to help. The improvements that are being made are great the hotel is spotless, however did wait a while for breakfast. |

| Hiya Guys. I can't thank you enough Rod for making Steph's 18th so memorable. she's hasn't stopped raving about it. As you know that was my second visit in 2 months. I was made to feel so welcome, everyone was so friendly. I would recommend your hotel to anyone who would listen and ya know me, even those who don't. I think the hotel is definatly value for money and you guys go out of the way for your guests. That is 1 of the reasons I canny wait to come back. Hopefully for New Year if not with some more of my girlfriends next year. Katie xx |

| Hi lads, May I thank you both for the week we spent, at the Blackpool hotle. May i say w had a great time their, just a pitty thei were not more people in the Hotel, But Thats their loss. I must thank all the staff who worked hard when we stayed over. I hope the wedding went well :-) Nice to see you got in the spirit of things, and trid a Kilt on, :-) Yes right.
